Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the Rarotongan was absolutely delightful! The setting is stunning with beautiful views and plenty of activities, but some aspects could use improvement, particularly the dining experience. The location is simply perfect, right by the beach, making it easy and enjoyable to relax and unwind.
The Rarotongan is a slice of paradise, with a fantastic beach and stunning blue waters that truly enhance the experience. My room was comfortable and only a short walk from the beach and pool. The dining options were enjoyable, especially with a good variety on the menu, but the Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired. Fortunately, the staff were exceptionally attentive and truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We had a decent family getaway, but it was overshadowed by several management issues and overpriced amenities. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean, and the staff ranged from friendly to indifferent. The dining options were mostly good, but some meals left much to be desired. Overall, while we enjoyed certain aspects, we wouldn't choose to stay again due to the high rates and inconsistent service.
I had a mixed experience at Rarotongan Beach Resort & Lagoonarium. On one hand, the location is stunning with crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling. On the downside, the rooms were very old and not well-maintained, and I struggled with service issues, especially upon check-in. While I appreciated the friendly efforts from some staff, the overall quality left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn’t say it was worth the price paid.
